The Neoloc Chainlock by CONTEC is a lightweight cable lock that fits every backpack and can be easily wrapped around the frame or seatpost.
The steel cable, weighing only 200 g, is easy to use. Its length of 60 cm and the high flexibility contribute to this. This results in an effortless locking of the bike almost everywhere. Rain and intense sunlight do not pose any problems for the Neoloc Chainlock by CONTEC, for its silicone cover is weather-proof and UV-resistant to effectively protect the cable from rust. With a diameter of 12 mm, it is also difficult to place small cutting tools around it.
The lock comes together with 2 handy turn-keys, which can be inserted in any position. This eliminates annoying fiddling and enables opening or closing even in hard to reach places. Ideal for securing bicycles in everyday life.

Delivery times:
We deliver by DHL within 1-3 business days to your home address in Germany and within 3-5 business days to addresses in other European countries. Shipping insurance is always included. Shipping overseas takes around 2-3 weeks with standard service. The delivery times to other countries will be indicated individually.
Because of the relatively small factory inventories at outdoor clothing collections, we can not guarantee for constant availability of all parts of our online collection. You can contact us via email or phone before your order to ask us about the current availability. In case of delivery delays we will inform you via e-mail, fax or telephone. Shipments to mailboxes are not possible.

- Great Britain (GB), Germany (DE), Austria (AT), Switzerland (CH): Free shipping delivery. Returns from all countries except Germany have to be paid by the customer.
- EU countries: Please refer to table published in our shipping policy. Returns from EU countries have to be paid by the customer.
- Non-EU countries and Switzerland: Please refer to table published in our shipping policy. For shipments overseas an additional delivery is not possible. Returns have to be paid by the customer.

For bulky goods we calculate the actual costs as surcharge fee for each product. As an example bulky goods are: Ski (with a length of more than 160 cm), bicycles, mountain bikes, and volume elements for climbing walls. Bulky goods can be recognized by an additional labeling in the product selection, indicating a shipping rate in the prefix, which will be added as an additional charge for the product in the cart. You never pay more than indicated in your shopping cart. Partial delivery causes no additional costs within EU countries and Switzerland; please enter a phone number where you are reachable during the day.
Orders are shipped only when all previous deliveries already have been paid.
