How ?
Generally, it is always advisable to separate the laundry by color and washing temperature . Dark, strong dyed or printed clothing should be washed separately to avoid color damage. All exposed buttons, Velcro and zippers should be closed, since it could warp the strain.
With what?
To maintain the brilliance of the colors as long as possible , detergent without optical brightener should be preferred . Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for the dosage of the detergent. Soaking should be avoided because it can lead to discoloration due to dissolved detergent . There is a strong adivse against the use of fabric softeners because they negatively affect the polyurethane coating (PU coating).
How often?
As seldom as possible , and always follow the laundry instructions on this garment . Smaller dirt can be wiped off Finkids coated , water- and dirt repellent finish garments, since frequent washing overuses equipment and coating unnecessarily.
Drying:
For drying in a dryer , you should not set too hot. When removing it, the garments should still be slightly damp and then be pulled into shape. Never dry woolen clothes in the dryer because they shrink. Spread knitted garments flat lying on a towel.
Refresh the impregnation:
With heat treatment in the dryer at low temperature (for at least 60 minutes) or simply by ironing can the impregnation and water repellent be refreshed . Finkid recommends its impregnation spray FINPROOF for refreshing the waterrepellency and stain resistance. If you prefer to clean your garment professionally, you should contact a textile laundry you can trust.
