The Elbow Pads E-Pact Youth by ION are comfortable and lightweight elbow pads.
ION's new youth collection features everything young shredders need for downhill and park runs all day long. Therefore, it was just the logical step to offer the award-winning Elbow Pads E-Pact Youth by ION in smaller sizes so young riders can also profit from reliable protection.
ION designed the elbow pads with a pre-shaped, almost 90° angle to reduce fatigue of the arms and provide a wrinkle-free fit. As freedom of movement is the most important function an elbow guard needs to offer ION integrated the simple but unmatched hard cap in combination with a high-quality memory foam padding for optimal protection and comfort.

- Super-Perforator-Neoprene: Very flexible and robust neoprene with superior breathability. Of course not if compared with a mesh fabric.
- SAS-TEC Main Padding: SAS-TEC is a German-based innovative producer of body armor protective components. ION use 3D-protectors made of visco elastic soft foam with incredible shock absorption values.
- Power Aramid upper material at the kneecap: Power Aramid is a synthetic fiber originally developed by DuPont. Today it’s used for a range of applications from bulletproof helmets via tires to bow strings. It offers outstanding tear resistance and tensile strength.
- Air-Prene: Neoprene is pretty versatile: it also absorbs impact forces in the even of crash. The lightweight Airprene - padding is perforated for better air permeability to prevent overheating underneath.

Because of the relatively small factory inventories at outdoor clothing collections, we can not guarantee for constant availability of all parts of our online collection. For bulky goods we calculate the actual costs as surcharge fee for each product. Bulky goods can be recognized by an additional labeling in the product selection, indicating a shipping rate in the prefix, which will be added as an additional charge for the product in the cart. You never pay more than indicated in your shopping cart. Partial delivery causes no additional costs within EU countries and Switzerland; please enter a phone number where you are reachable during the day.
Orders are shipped only when all previous deliveries already have been paid.
