The Ortles Light 2 Down Jacket by SALEWA is a wind-resistant, water-repellent women’s insulated hooded down jacket that offers warmth without weight for alpine mountaineering.
This down hooded jacket is an exceptionally lightweight, wind-resistant and water-repellent insulated jacket for alpine use in activities such as alpine mountaineering, ski mountaineering, glacier mountaineering and ice climbing. Developed together with leading mountain guides’ organisations in the Alps, it provides professional-grade insulation and functionality. Designed according to the body mapping system by SALEWA, it has a 750 cuin 90/10 down fill combined with Polartec® Alpha® active insulation that is placed strategically to meet the specific insulation needs of different areas of the body, while the lightweight, yet durable nylon ripstop outer fabric is ideal for alpine use.
The Ortles Light 2 Down Jacket by SALEWA comes with an insulated, fitted hood with integrated collar. Featuring the free motion patterning and ergonomic sleeves to prevent hem-lift while climbing, it can be worn alone as a warm outer layer or as an insulating mid layer under a shell. And it packs down super small to save space in your pack.

Because of the relatively small factory inventories at outdoor clothing collections, we can not guarantee for constant availability of all parts of our online collection. You can contact us via email or phone before your order to ask us about the current availability. In case of delivery delays we will inform you via e-mail, fax or telephone. For bulky goods we calculate the actual costs as surcharge fee for each product. Bulky goods can be recognized by an additional labeling in the product selection, indicating a shipping rate in the prefix, which will be added as an additional charge for the product in the cart. You never pay more than indicated in your shopping cart. Partial delivery causes no additional costs within EU countries and Switzerland; please enter a phone number where you are reachable during the day.
Orders are shipped only when all previous deliveries already have been paid.
