Clif Bar was born out of necessity. When Gary Erickson kept eating the same tough and inedible astronaut bars during a 175-mile bike race, he realized one thing. He's going to bake a granola bar that provides power and delivers on taste. After numerous hours in Mama Erickson's kitchen, Clif Bar became reality. Since then, there has been non-stop experimentation, combining and tasting. The range now includes a variety of bars, gels, bloks and builder's in a wide range of flavors, all made from natural ingredients.
