The Gizeh thong sandal by BIRKENSTOCK is a genuine classic and a stylish all-rounder.
The elegant thong sandal combines optimum grip with minimalist, fashionable design. The upper is made from the skin-friendly, hard-wearing synthetic material Birko-Flor® in a sophisticated nubuck look which boasts a texture and color that could almost be mistaken for real leather.
- Birko-Flor® upper: Birko-Flor® Birkibuc is made of easy-to-care-for and hygienic PVC, which has been lined on the inside with a soft, breathable layer of fleece. The surface looks like nubuck leather. This high-quality material is very gentle on the skin and comfortable
- Natural leather insole: Natural leather can be recognized by its untreated surface. BIRKENSTOCK purposely does not treat surface grains and other characteristic features
- Cork footbed: Cork is a sustainable material extracted from the bark layer of the cork oak. This natural product is insulating and offers very good cushioning
- EVA sole: EVA (ethylene vinyl acetate) is a high-quality, very light, elastic material with extremely good cushioning. As a result, it smooths out slight irregularities in the floor and ensures that every step is softly cushioned

We deliver by DHL within 1-3 business days to your home address in Germany and within 3-5 business days to addresses in other European countries. Shipping insurance is always included. Shipping overseas takes around 2-3 weeks with standard service. The delivery times to other countries will be indicated individually.
Because of the relatively small factory inventories at outdoor clothing collections, we can not guarantee for constant availability of all parts of our online collection. You can contact us via email or phone before your order to ask us about the current availability. In case of delivery delays we will inform you via e-mail, fax or telephone. Shipments to mailboxes are not possible.

- Great Britain (GB), Germany (DE), Austria (AT), Switzerland (CH): Free shipping delivery. Returns from all countries except Germany have to be paid by the customer.

For bulky goods we calculate the actual costs as surcharge fee for each product. Bulky goods can be recognized by an additional labeling in the product selection, indicating a shipping rate in the prefix, which will be added as an additional charge for the product in the cart. You never pay more than indicated in your shopping cart. Partial delivery causes no additional costs within EU countries and Switzerland; please enter a phone number where you are reachable during the day.
Orders are shipped only when all previous deliveries already have been paid.
